Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use rapclips.app ("RapClips", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying credits you agree to them. Contact: support@rapclips.app.

The service

RapClips turns a photo you provide into a short video in which the face sings or raps AI-written lyrics. Results are generated by AI models: they vary, may not look or sound exactly as expected, and the same request can give a different result each time.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits or create an account. Users from 13 to 17 may use RapClips only with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.

Your photos and content

• Only upload photos you have the right to use: of yourself, or of people who have agreed, or of your own pets, artwork or characters.
• Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone else to make them appear to say or do something they didn't, and don't present a video as real footage of a real person.
• Do not upload a photo of a child unless you are their parent or legal guardian.
• Do not create content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, defamatory, illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights. Roasts and diss tracks are fine between friends; bullying is not.

We check photos, topics, lyrics and finished videos automatically and may refuse, remove or not deliver anything that breaks these rules. Repeated or serious misuse can lead to account suspension without refund of the misused credits.

Who owns the video

As between you and us, you own the videos you make and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, as long as you have the rights to the photo you used. You give us a limited license to process your photos and text and to store and show the results to you, only to run the service. We will not use your videos for marketing without asking you first.

The AI-generated songs and lyrics are original and are not copies of existing songs. We cannot guarantee that a generated video will be eligible for copyright protection where you live, or that no one has created something similar.

Credits, prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax or VAT.
• One video costs 10 credits, solo or duo.
• Credits from one-time packs never expire. Credits from the monthly plan are given each billing month and expire at the end of that month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time packs can be bought without an account; the monthly plan needs one.
• The monthly plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing page; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a video fails or is blocked by our checks, its credits are returned automatically.

Free preview

Signing in gives one free preview video. It has a watermark, can be watched on the site and cannot be downloaded. One free preview per person; creating extra accounts to get more is not allowed.

Availability and changes

We work to keep RapClips running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features, models or prices; price changes never affect credits you already bought.

Disclaimers and liability

RapClips is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

You are responsible for how you use and share your videos, and you agree to cover our costs if a claim against us arises from content you uploaded or shared in breach of these terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using RapClips at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using RapClips after a change, the new terms apply.
